Managing your subscription

If you want to manage your subscription details, head over to the Settings menu. There you will find a button that will redirect you to a log-in page where you will verify your identity to manage your subscription.

1. Go to the Settings menu in the Producer Assistant app

   
   

   

   
   

2. Click 'Manage subscriptions'

   
   

   

   
   

3. Enter the email address your Producer Assistant account is connected to and click 'Send login code (sends SMS and email)'

   
   

   

   
   

4. Enter the code you received through either email or SMS (don't forget to check your spam folder!)

   
   

   

   
   

5. You can now manage your subscription details in the screen that follows
